Email us immediately with your order number and clear photos. We’ll repair, replace or refund where applicable. Return postage is usually covered if the item is confirmed faulty.

Uncollected orders:
Orders not collected within 30 days are forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

12. How do I know if these wheels will fit my car?
We can supply the wheels, but we don’t provide professional fitment or guard advice.
For the best fit, we recommend consulting a qualified mechanic or wheel specialist to confirm the correct wheel size, width, offset and tyre setup for your vehicle.
Once your specifications are confirmed, we’re happy to assist with accurate pricing based on your chosen wheel model, size and finish.

13. Where are the wheels imported from?
All WORK Wheels are manufactured and imported directly from Japan.
They are designed and produced in Osaka, then shipped via regular container deliveries to our Sydney warehouse.
14. Do you provide paint code formulas?
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the official paint code formulas from WORK Wheels.
This is because the exact finishes and application processes are part of WORK Wheels’ proprietary manufacturing methods, which help maintain the authenticity and distinctive character of their wheels.
We recommend a professional wheel refinisher who can colour-match the finish as closely as possible.

At JDM Concept, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. While delivery issues are rare, unexpected delays or damage can occur in transit.
That’s why we include FREE delivery insurance on all deliveries, giving you extra peace of mind. Insurance covers your shipment from Japan all the way to your doorstep.
Important: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within
12 hours of receiving your order to comply with insurance terms and conditions.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Authority to Leave (ATL) allows the courier to leave your parcel at your address without obtaining a signature if no one is available to receive it.
Please note: If you select ATL, your order is no longer covered by insurance once it has been left at the delivery address.

8. Orders, Payment, Title & Risk
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
We may accept or reject orders at our discretion
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted and payment is confirmed
Title to products passes to you only after full payment and delivery
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by us or the courier
You must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive delivery
Costs resulting from incorrect details or failed delivery attempts are your responsibility
Signature required on delivery: Wheels require a signature on arrival. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
9. Delivery, Inspection & Claims
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change due to shipping schedules, customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events
You must inspect products within a reasonable time after delivery
If goods are delivered by courier, you must inspect within 24 hours
Do not sign for damaged goods
Any defects, damage or incorrect items must be reported promptly with photos
Incorrect items will be replaced once returned in original condition
Reasonable return postage costs for incorrect items will be reimbursed upon proof
10. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Important: Do not proceed unless you are 100% sure. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or circumstances unrelated to the product
(including vehicle sale, damage, write-off, theft, loss of income, or personal/family circumstances).

No returns or exchanges once packaging is opened or items are installed
Custom, pre-order and special-order items are non-refundable
If an exception is approved, a 30% restocking fee may apply
