Insurance

At JDM Concept, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. While delivery issues are rare, unexpected delays or damage can occur in transit.

That’s why we include FREE delivery insurance on all deliveries, giving you extra peace of mind. Insurance covers your shipment from Japan all the way to your doorstep.

Important: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within 12 hours of receiving your order to comply with insurance terms and conditions.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Authority to Leave (ATL) allows the courier to leave your parcel at your address without obtaining a signature if no one is available to receive it.

Please note: If you select ATL, your order is no longer covered by insurance once it has been left at the delivery address.

1. How long does delivery take within Australia?

Orders dispatched from our Sydney warehouse typically arrive within:

  • Sydney: 1 business day
  • Canberra / Melbourne / Brisbane: 1–2 business days
  • Adelaide: 2–3 business days
  • Hobart / Perth: ~4 business days
  • Darwin: ~5 business days

Regional and remote areas may take up to 2 additional business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions.

2. Can I track my delivery within Australia?

Yes. All deliveries are insured and include tracking.

  • In-stock items: Tracking is sent once your order dispatches from our Sydney warehouse.
  • Pre-orders from Japan: Tracking is provided once the shipment arrives in Australia and dispatches locally.

Note: Tracking is not available while goods are in container transit from Japan.

3. How long does delivery take for orders from Japan?

All Japan orders are supplied with an estimated arrival time (ETA) at checkout. ETAs are estimates only and may change due to shipping schedules, customs clearance, or port delays.

You’ll be notified approximately one week before your order arrives at our Sydney warehouse.

4. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes — collection is available by appointment only once your order is ready.

  • Pick-up is available for wheel orders only
  • Accessories are delivery only
  • We are not a retail showroom
  • Appointments are subject to availability

5. Can I return or get a refund?

Please read carefully:

  • No change of mind returns
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed
  • Pre-orders & special orders are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items:
Email us immediately with your order number and clear photos. We’ll repair, replace or refund where applicable. Return postage is usually covered if the item is confirmed faulty.

Missing items:
Contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Uncollected orders:
Orders not collected within 30 days are forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once payment has been confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled. This includes custom, pre-order, and special-order items.

If you’re unsure before completing your purchase, please contact us first — we’ll be happy to assist.

7. Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes — please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

Shipping costs may change depending on the new address, and we’ll advise you if there’s any difference.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

9. Do you provide tax invoices, and are there any customs or import charges?

Yes.

  • All prices include GST and import duties
  • No customs paperwork or additional charges — we handle everything on your behalf
  • A tax invoice is provided for every order

What you see at checkout is the final price. There are no extra fees to pay before or after delivery. If you need another copy of your tax invoice, just contact us.

10. Can I purchase a single wheel instead of a full set?

Yes. Although wheels are listed as sets of four, we can supply single wheels, pairs, or custom quantities. Availability depends on the model still being in production and stock availability in Japan.

Contact us with your requirements and we’ll confirm.

11. Can you make special PCD wheels?

Custom PCD availability depends on the specific WORK Wheels model. Most models support a wide range of PCDs, including:

4×100, 4×114.3, 5×100, 5×112, 5×114.3, 5×120 and more.

Let us know the wheel model you’re after and we’ll check availability for you.

12. How do I know if these wheels will fit my car?

We can supply the wheels, but we don’t provide professional fitment or guard advice. For the best result, we recommend consulting a qualified mechanic or wheel specialist to confirm the correct wheel size, width, offset and tyre setup for your vehicle.

Once your specifications are confirmed, we’re happy to assist with accurate pricing based on your chosen wheel model, size and finish. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to contact us.

13. Where are the wheels imported from?

All WORK Wheels are manufactured and imported directly from Japan. They are designed and produced in Osaka, then shipped via regular container deliveries to our Sydney warehouse.

14. Do you provide paint code formulas?

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the official paint code formulas from WORK Wheels. This is because the exact finishes and application processes are part of WORK Wheels’ proprietary manufacturing methods.

We recommend a professional wheel refinisher who can colour-match the finish as closely as possible.
