4. What WORK Wheels models and ranges do you stock, including the GT series?
We supply the full genuine WORK range - Emotion, Meister, Equip, Gnosis CV/RX, VS, Seeker, Crag, Schwert, Zeast and M.C.O Racing.
We also make our own GT series: GT5-1P, GT5-3P, GT6-3P and GTX-3P. Wheels come in 1-, 2- and 3-piece builds, custom-spec'd to size, width, offset and finish. Genuine WORK accessories (nuts, caps, hub rings, decals) too - and many sets ship within 24 hours.
5. Can I order custom sizes, offsets, PCDs, or a single wheel?
Yes. We custom-order genuine WORK wheels to your diameter, width, offset, PCD and finish. Most models support PCDs including 4x100, 4x114.3, 5x100, 5x112, 5x114.3 and 5x120.
Sets are listed as four, but we can also supply singles, pairs or custom quantities (subject to availability in Japan). Tell us the model and spec and we'll confirm pricing.
6. How do I know if these wheels will fit my car?
We supply the wheels but don't give professional fitment or guard advice.
For the right fit, confirm your size, width, offset and tyre setup with a qualified mechanic or wheel specialist. Once it's confirmed, we'll quote your chosen model, size and finish. Questions? Just contact us.
8. Are WORK Wheels worth the price?

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Bank transfer (Westpac) - JDM Concept, BSB 032-157, Acct 199 691. Use your order number as the reference.
- Zip Pay - in-stock items only, delivery within 14 days (Zip T&Cs apply).
We don't take credit card or PayPal, to avoid high fees and keep pricing sharp. Every payment comes with a tax invoice.
10. Do you provide tax invoices, and are there any customs or import charges?
Yes - a tax invoice comes with every order.

11. How long does delivery take, and can I track it?
All deliveries are fully insured and tracked.
Within Australia (from our Sydney warehouse):
- Sydney - 1 business day
- Canberra / Melbourne / Brisbane - 1-2 days
- Adelaide - 2-3 days
- Hobart / Perth - ~4 days
- Darwin - ~5 days
Regional areas may add up to 2 days. Times are estimates.
From Japan: you get an ETA at checkout, and we notify you about a week before arrival.
Tracking is sent once your order dispatches from Sydney (not available during container transit from Japan).
12. Can I pick up my order, and where are you located?
We're in Matraville, NSW 2036 (post: PO Box 6134, Malabar NSW 2036) and ship nationwide. It's a warehouse, not a showroom.
Collection is by appointment once your order's ready - wheels only (accessories are delivery only).
Pick-up hours: Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, Sat 10am-12pm. Closed Sun & public holidays.
13. Can I change my address or cancel my order after placing it?
Address: we can change it before dispatch - contact us asap. Shipping cost may change with the new address.
Cancelling: once payment is confirmed, orders can't be cancelled - including custom, pre-order and special orders. Unsure? Check with us before you buy.
14. Can I return or get a refund?
No change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges (including wrong selection or reasons unrelated to the product). Custom, pre-order and special orders are non-refundable.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us straight away with your order number and clear photos. We'll repair, replace or refund where applicable, and usually cover return postage if it's confirmed faulty.
Uncollected orders are forfeited after 30 days and deposits are non-refundable. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
15. Why don't you offer phone support or a retail showroom?
We run online to give consistent nationwide service from our Matraville warehouse. Everything's handled in writing - email, contact form, Facebook and Instagram - so every quote and spec has a clear record, and pricing stays sharp.
The warehouse isn't a showroom; visits are by appointment for collection only. We reply promptly during business hours.
