Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us straight away with your order number and clear photos. We'll repair, replace or refund where applicable, and usually cover return postage if it's confirmed faulty.
Uncollected orders are forfeited after 30 days and deposits are non-refundable. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
