We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect immediately once published on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Eligibility & Registered Users

• Our services are available to persons 18 years or older
• You may be required to register an account to access certain services
• You must ensure all information provided is accurate and kept up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• We may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are breached
• Our services are intended for use within Australia only

5. Prices, GST & Errors

• All prices are in AUD and include GST, unless stated otherwise
• Prices include import duty and import costs
• Packaging and postage are additional charges calculated at checkout
• We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate, however errors may occur
• If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid

6. Product Descriptions & Images

• Product descriptions are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed to be error-free
• Images are for illustrative purposes only
• Colours, finishes and specifications may vary and images may not show all available options

7. Product Use & Responsibility

• You are responsible for confirming suitability, fitment, and legal compliance before purchase
• We are not a licensed garage and do not provide installation, engineering, or road-legal advice
• Installation should be carried out by licensed mechanics or professionals
• We are not responsible for outcomes arising from installation or use

8. Orders, Payment, Title & Risk

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
• We may accept or reject orders at our discretion
• Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted and payment is confirmed
• Title to products passes to you only after full payment and delivery
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by us or the courier
• You must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive delivery
• Costs resulting from incorrect details or failed delivery attempts are your responsibility

9. Delivery, Inspection & Claims

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change due to shipping schedules, customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events
• You must inspect products within a reasonable time after delivery
• If goods are delivered by courier, you must inspect within 24 hours
• Do not sign for damaged goods
• Any defects, damage or incorrect items must be reported promptly with photos
• Incorrect items will be replaced once returned in original condition
• Reasonable return postage costs for incorrect items will be reimbursed upon proof

10. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

• No change-of-mind refunds
• No returns or exchanges once packaging is opened or items are installed
• Custom, pre-order and special-order items are non-refundable
• If an exception is approved, a 30% restocking fee may apply

11. Deposits, Non-Collection & Cancellation

• Deposits must be completed within 30 days of goods being ready for collection (unless otherwise agreed)
• Failure to complete payment or collect goods may result in order cancellation
• Deposits for uncollected orders will be forfeited, and we may resell the goods to recover costs owed, in accordance with these Terms

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• Website content is provided for personal use only
• You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, mirror or distribute content without written permission
• All intellectual property remains the property of JDM Concept or its licensors

13. Links to Third-Party Websites

Links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party websites, content or privacy practices.

14. Disclaimers

• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and conditions
• We do not guarantee the website is free from viruses or malware
• Use of this website is at your own risk

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a condition or warranty is limited (at our option) to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such delay exceeds 30 days, we may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.

19. Privacy

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information but cannot guarantee security of transmission. Our handling of personal information is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
