• Should any incorrect product be sent to you, we will be happy to send the correct item free of charge after we have received the incorrect product
• Should JDM Concept make an exception and allow a refund or exchange of any product sold, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee
• However, we will not accept the returns for any incorrectly delivered product with its packaging already opened, or its contents tampered with or already installed
• All postage incurred for re-sending the incorrect product back to JDM Concept will be fully reimbursed after a copy of the postage receipt has been forwarded
